A dedicated Somatic Movement Teacher with a strong academic background in somatics, dance, and movement therapy. Educated at a Music University in Poland, I combine scientific understanding of the body with artistic exploration of movement.My passion is helping people reconnect with themselves through mindful practices, embodied awareness, and creative movement. My goal is to support people in discovering the beauty of movement and the transformative power of somatic awareness.
